• Providing vessel’s Master and all concerned parties all needed pre-arrival information, all regulations and restrictions for the destination port

• Preparing cargo documentation to be agreed / signed by vessel’s Master along with port Authority documentations,

• Coordinating and providing berthing and cargo handling information,

• Daily notices for the principal, Master and all concerned parties with vessel’s (ETB, ETC & ETS), shore crane hiring / availability (case vessel gearless)

• Dispatching final disbursement account and statement of accounts supported by official invoices in reasonable time after vessel’s departure

• Providing the vessel with any services needed such as: supplies, crew change, maintenance, repairs, etc…
